Galaxy Original Tab 7 inches which is currently run by the OS Android 2.2 Froyo. And the Android 3.0 Honeycomb known as the most appropriate for the tablet version of Android certainly intriguing the owner GTab 7.
But Samsung's own party has not submitted whether GTab 7 will get an upgrade to the Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Nor does the statement GTab 7 can support Honeycomb.
But such things do not stop the coder to continue to explore. Additions with respect to the Galaxy Tab 7, one coder XDA successful run in GTab Honeycomb 7.
Honeycomb was tested on seven models GTab CDMA (Verizon). Please note that this tested is still in alpha version, so if you decide to try to make sure you know all the risks that may arise.
Install Process:
- Step 1: backup all data
- Step 2: convert the system into EXT4.
Many methods to do this but the easiest is to download "Verizon Tab bootstrapper" from the Android Market, or install Boushhs's kernel that contains a built-in conversion script.
