If not wait for the OTA update in Droid Gingerbread X, you can download it and install it manually with the steps that we provide this. But keep in mind this is not the official version, so every decision is yours.
- Before you start the whole process make sure the phone meets all the requirements below:
1. The phone uses the official Froyo Firmware 2.3.340
2. The phone in a state rooted
3. The phone uses Droid2 Bootstrap program (DO NOT USE DroidX Bootstrap)
- After making sure the phone has met the three requirements above, start with these steps:
1. Download all 3 files in the root of this and place it in SDCARD

2. Bootstrap Droid2 Restart in recovery mode.
3. Install the three zip files in order.
IMPORTANT:
- DO NOT LEAVE UNTIL ALL RECOVERY (THREE) installed FINISHED FILES
Most of the install with the 2.3.340 firmware update does not need to do a wipe, 15% of them do the wipe. So, the choice is yours;)
For those of you who already installed with firmware leaked Gingerbread 4.5.573, perform the following steps:
1. Perform backup using recovery Clockwork
2. Downgrade to firmware 2.3.340
3. Do it all over the upgrade process
4. After the upgrade is complete, go in recovery Bootstrap
5. Do Andanced Restore - Select Data
