Windows 7 to be released with 6 different versions

Despite the waning response from the various versions of Windows Vista during its official launch, Microsoft is not ready to give up just yet. In its latest debut of Windows Operating System, Windows 7 is staged to be release in no less than 6 whopping different editions. By itself, Windows Vista has already made choosing the different versions a pain, who know what is installed for us ahead?

To summarise, the various versions come in the form as below:

• Windows 7 Starter Edition
• Windows 7 Home Basic
• Windows 7 Home Premium
• Windows 7 Professional
• Windows 7 Enterprise
• Windows 7 Ultimate

But it has been confirmed that the primary focus will be on two primary editions of Windows 7 namely the Windows 7 Home Premium and Windows 7 Professional. Perhaps the move can help us in reducing the time of choosing the relevant version of the OS.
