Scanner is a well known device used to scan documents but some times the scanned documents are visible enough or rough image is scanned. This is because your scanner is dusty and need to be cleaned.Fortunately you can clean your scanner yourself very easily.
Cleaning a scanner :
- unplug the power cables and data cables attached with scanner
- remove the external dust from body
- clean the glass of your scanner with any optical cleaner fluid
- Use tissue paper or soft cloth to clean the sensitive part of the scanner.
- don't try to open the screw because you cannot fix it as before
- for better result repeat this cleaning process after every two months
