1.opening All Programs - Accesories - System Tools.Select 'Create Basic Task' from the right hand pane.
2.With the Create Basic Task Wizard opening,for your new task,type a 'Description' and 'Name' and click Next button.
3.Select when run a task and click Next.Select the time and date at which you need to start the task.
4.Choose the action execute from the list then click Next button.
5.Click the executable(exe) file of the programe to run then click Next.
6.Make sure that you've setting information is correctly then click Finish.
7.Now your new task has been created by windows 7.
