Download the File VistaBlack Themes and Feel like you Using Windows Vista Even though Your Operating System Is Windows XP Sp2 Pro. Just follow this Step, Download the File in the link Below then Extract Vistablack file in any folder you want. after you extract find the folder name "Fonts" and Copy all the files then Paste in the Font Directory ( Paste the File in "C:\WINDOWS\Fonts\" click Ok ) Now find the Folder Name Themes inside of VistaBlack folder double click the Windows Theme File "VistaVG Black" then apply. or Copy all the files and Folder inside of Themes folder and paste yes to all in ( "C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes" ) ..
