In Windows 7, Printer Management can manage all client printers easily.
How to open printer management tool:
Click the Start button --> Control Panel(All Items) --> Administrative Tools --> Printer management.
In the printer management window, you can find all the printers, their Drivers, Printers running with job and Deployed Printers.
