How to check if a site is do-follow or no-follow?

Everyone who owns a website or blog is concerned about SEO,and getting quality back-links from all over the web is an equally important part of "Search engine optimization".and more over links from "do-follow" site means improving your ranking. So here is the question,

"How do i find if a site that is linking to mine is having do follow or no follow attribute"

Find this is not a difficult task at all.one of the traditional ways to find this is check the source code and search for do follow or no follow keyword.but its really a hectic task and needs lot of efforts and time. For Firefox and Google Chrome users there is an easy way.with Firefox there are a lot of add ons available for doing this particular task.for example NoDoFollow , SeoQuake etc.My favorite is SeoQuake . its not only for checking do-follow and no-follow links on page but also displays a lot of information about the page like page ranks, Google indexed pages, yahoo links, bing links, delicious bookmarks, complete rank, keyword density ,robot text, links in etc.

Steps for Firefox users:
1)Download the add on from SeoQuakeFor latest update download from  seoquake.com
2)Install it, and restart Firefox.
3)You will notice an icon in the status bar
4)Right click on that icon and select Line-through "nofollow" and "noindex"
5)Now whenever you open a site it will line-through all no follow links
