How to remove 'you may be a victim of software counterfeiting' balloon

When we try to download any updates or windows media player etc. from the Microsoft Site it detects our pirated serial no. and adds a 'dll' file to our window that shows "you may be a victim of software counterfeiting" balloon on our desktop.

Solution : First download 'Autoruns' named program from our website from the 'download direct' section.

extract this file from the archive and run autorun.exe
go to winlogon tab and scroll down you will see a dll named 'wgalogon' deselect it and exit.

Restart windows

And you have done.
