I’m having some issues running the zune software on Windows 7 Ultimate X32 upgraded from Windows Vista. When I first started the zune software, it wasn’t able to sync, the zune software didn't recognize that my Zune is connected.
Do you have the same problem?
I had the same problem, but now work fine for me.In short, Run as administrator.
You should close the Zune client software --> disconnect the Zune --> restart the client software.note that right click on the shortcut -> "Run as administrator".
If it still,reinstall the Zune software.Go to Zune.net to Download Zune software.Then install it.
