Wondering how to add your favorite music to your blog.adding some music also pleases the visitors.and in some way  increases the time on page.In this post you will know how easy it is.You will need to create an account in free music hosting site.(just search in Google for free music hosting sites) and also an account in mix pod.


In my case i will use Opendrive for free hosting.and also an account in mixpod 


Follow these Steps:

1. Create an account in Opendrive
2. Upload your favorite music 
3. Get the direct link and save it in a text file

Example:
This is Direct link of the file that i uploaded at Opendrive
http://www.opendrive.com/files/9655640_BF2qK/B.o.B.ft.brunomars.mp3
  
    4.  Create an account at Mixpod
    5.   Now Create a playlist there. add the direct link that you copied from opendrive and click  add track

    6. Select your favorite music player Skin

    7.And Save setting and get code

    8.Select any of the following options ,in my case i selected blogger and copied the code

   9.Go to page elements section in blogger and add a gadget select "HTML/JavaScript" and add the code 

      and save settings,its done,

"Let your visitors enjoy the music,Keep rocking"

How To Make Blogger Fav Icon Appear In Firefox / FF

Many a times I have seen people asking questions in the forum that the Fav icon is not appear in firefox(FF) whereas it works fine in IE and Chrome.The problem is with the code your are adding for the Fav icon.I would suggest to create a fav icon for your blog.it can be .png image,32x32px

Steps you need to follow:

• Go to the Edit HTML section in blogger and download full template (backup)

• Find </head> use Ctrl+f  then paste the below code just before </head>

   save as. or download icons from DownloadChunks

2)Upload these icons to Imageshack, Photobucket or Blogger itself and get the 

   direct link. I would recommend you to upload to blogger as it will help faster 

   loading of pages.if you would like to use the above icons,just right click and 

   select copy image url 

   

3)Time to add the code.

4)In similar way you can add Digg etc.just add the link to your Digg profile and the direct link of the digg icon.


5)You can  adjust the position according to your wish .just change left: 4px; to 
   right: 4px;  to get the buttons on the right 


6) To shift the  position of the buttons  change the value of bottom:350px; to  
    bottom:5px; it depends where you want your buttons to be positioned
